- 52 hours of Clinical Pharmacy Lectures held over 5 days

- Two Comprehensive Pharmacy Review Books

- Follow up weekly Email Quizzes for self assessment

- Final one on one Phone Quiz with the Instructors before sitting for the boards. 

  

 The Course structure is as follows:

 1)  The two Review books are mailed after registration and students are expected to have read the material prior to attending lectures. The better prepared you come, the more beneficial the lectures will be.

2)  Lectures: 5 intensive days of live lectures classified based on disease states. Lectures are started by the Dr. Miremadi who explains the treatment principles of each disease state followed by detail oriented pharmacology and clinical pharmacy lecture by Dr. Yavari. The purpose of this format is to understand clinical pharmacy rather than memorizing it. During lectures, Instructors will emphasize what is more important to know clinically and for the boards.  Lectures start at 8 am and go up to 7 pm. On the last day, lectures end at 4 pm to allow students to catch their flights back home.

3)  Majority of our students rely on our lectures and course books as their main source of study for both NAPLEX and CPJE and they do well. The only supplement recommended is the California Law Handbook by Dr. Weissman.

 

To be prepared, it might take anywhere between 2-12 weeks depending on your base knowledge level. To gauge your progress, we will send you weekly email quizzes for self evaluation. When you can score above 90% CONSISTENTLY, we can arrange a final phone quiz with one of the instructors to see where you stand before your exam.

 

Review Books / Course Outline:
